The HLT40221 Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Practice prepares Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers to deliver culturally safe primary health care services within Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs), government health services and community health settings.

This nationally recognised qualification provides learners with the knowledge, skills and professional capabilities required to support individuals, families and communities through health promotion, clinical care, chronic disease management and preventative health initiatives.
